NAIS Book Shipments Delayed on Orders Made Between November 21 and December 8:
NAIS will be using a new company to maintain its book inventory and fulfill all orders we receive. Therefore, all orders placed between November 2st and December 8th will ship after December 8 . This affects all orders regardless of whether they are made by phone, mail, or website. You will still be able to place orders during the transition.
We would expect that deliveries on any orders placed between November 21 and December 8 to be delivered within two to three weeks after the December 8 launch of the new fulfillment arrangement. Therefore, orders placed after November 21st may not arrive before the beginning of your winter break.
We regret this delay in service to our customers, but we are making this change in order to improve our customer service in the long run. Thank you for your patience as we make this change.
